How does paying for my stay work?+
When you book, your payment is held in trust and only released to the property once you have travelled. It is a simple safeguard that means your money is protected right up until your stay.
Who actually owns the apartments and villas?+
Each stay belongs to a homeowner or resort we work with directly. We hand-pick the properties we list, so every stay on the site is one we know and would book ourselves.
Why are prices shown in euros?+
Most of our stays are in Italy and Portugal, so we price in euros to match the local rate you are paying. If you would prefer a figure in pounds, just ask and we will confirm the GBP equivalent.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Book with confidence: cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Within 30 days of arrival, or on a non-refundable rate, the booking is not refundable. Any non-refundable rate is clearly marked before you confirm. Stays booked via other platforms follow that platform's own policy.
How do I get the keys and check in?+
After booking we send clear arrival instructions for your specific stay, including check-in times and who to contact on the ground. Most residences have a friendly local reception or host to greet you.
Can you help me choose the right area?+
Absolutely. Tell us your party size, dates and what kind of holiday you are after and we will point you to the right coastline, town and stay. It is what we do best.
Do you arrange anything beyond the apartment?+
Yes. We can add a yacht charter or a luxury car to your trip. Mention it in your enquiry and we will sort the details.
Is there a booking or service fee?+
Any fees are shown clearly before you confirm, so the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras.
